שָׁאוּל דיוויס
וְהָיָה בִּהְיוֹת רוּחַ אֱלֹהִים אֶל שָׁאוּל וְלָקַח דָּוִד אֶת הַכִּנּוֹר וְנִגֵּן בְּיָדוֹ וְרָוַח לְשָׁאוּל וְטוֹב לוֹ וְסָרָה מֵעָלָיו רוּחַ הָרָעָה
"When the spirit from God was upon Saul, David would pick up his harp, and he played it; so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him".
The prophet said ויאמר אליהם
שאוני והטילוני אל הים, וישתק הים, מעליכם;
כי יודע אני, כי בשלי הסער הגדול הזה עליכם
"Pick me up and throw me into the sea and it will become calm; for I know that it is because of me that this great storm has come upon you".
